Gear for the Poles makes every effort to ship your merchandise as soon as possible. Orders may ship in multiple boxes and arrive separately. Please allow three weeks for delivery of embroidered items. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an email from us with further details. Once shipped, the delivery time is based upon the shipping method you chose during checkout.
Shipping charges vary by place and shipping method (please see list below). Shipping and handling in U.S. dollars will be added to your order when you check out. As per the arrangements with our bonded shippers, UPS and IBC Courier, a complete street address must be provided in order to facilitate proper shipping. Shipping and handling charges do include GST, VAT, or other similar import taxes or duties for shipments to non-U.S. addresses (Latin America and Russia excepted).

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
If for any reason your purchase does not satisfy you, simply return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from your original date of purchase. The item must be returned in a resalable condition with the original tags attached.
Please note that personalized items (e.g. custom logos or embroidery) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
For returns received after this 30-day period, we are happy to issue you a refund less a 20% re-stocking fee. Or, you may choose to receive a Gear for the Poles credit for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, which will remain active until you have redeemed its full value.
Returns received 90 or more days after date of purchase may be returned only for store credit.
